We offer physical exercise and activities for working age people recovering from stroke. Here are some of the activities we are running this week.

Massage from 1 to 2pm at New River Sports Centre

Exercise from 2 to 3pm at New River Sports Centre

Wednesdays

Chi Kung from 10.30am to 12:00 at Winkfield Centre & stay on for tea and a chat after class

Physiotherapy Advice: Jo Tuckey, from North London NeuroPhysio gives advice after Chi Kung at Winkfield Centre on the first Wednesday of every month

InterAct from 10.30am to 12:00 at Winkfield Centre on the last Wednesday of every month

Thursdays

Exercise from 2 to 3pm at New River Sports Centre

Fridays

Exercise from 2 to 3pm at New River Sports Centre
